Zovo Maze Maker
Printable mazes with a single solution and an answer key.
Zovo Maze Maker is a maze generator for printable mazes for parents, teachers and puzzle fans. Pick rectangle, circle or hexagon mazes from very easy to expert, or let the age of the child set the size. Each maze has only one path from Start to Finish, checked by a breadth-first search, and the PDF has 1, 2 or 4 mazes per page on Letter or A4 with a title, a name line and answer pages that draw the path. The same seed reprints the same maze.
What it does
- Rectangle, circle (theta) and hexagon mazes
- Five difficulty levels, or pick by the child's age, or set columns and rows
- Only one path from Start to Finish, checked for each maze
- 1, 2 or 4 mazes per page, Letter or A4, title and name line
- Answer key pages with the solution path drawn in red
- Seeded, so the same seed reprints the same maze

Limitations
- Shapes are rectangle, circle and hexagon; no picture-shaped mazes (animals, letters) and no mazes with several solutions
- Up to 20 mazes per PDF; rectangle mazes up to 50 x 70 cells, circle mazes up to 25 rings, hexagon mazes up to 36 x 46 cells
- It does not solve a maze from a photo or picture
- Titles print in Latin, Greek and Cyrillic letters; Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew and emoji are left out of the PDF
